In 1992, chef Renato Rizzardi bought this historical restaurant calling it the Locanda di Piero, and in 1995, his sommelier friend, Sergio Olivetti, joined him. After twenty-five years, the restaurant's motto is still “Art transforms food into emotions.” The Locanda looks like a private residence inside a country house. The rooms are intimate and elegant down to the tiniest detail. The cuisine is inseparably linked to the Veneto Region, re-interpreted mainly in modern and progressive presentations. The flavours are decisive and notable yet well-balanced in all their components. The wine selection includes both Italian and international labels.
